So buyer secured a probate listing with purchase price of $1,100,000
Our appraisal come in for $1,160,000
Buyer requested a seller credit of $50,000 due to property conditions after the appraisal.
Seller only willing to give for $10,000 credit instead.
So Buyer decided to cancel this escrow and the buyer agent already notified the listing agent with an Email of notice of cancellation escrow.
